It's been a long day

I was going to write a post about my favorite iPhone 4 apps but that would take too long to link every thing and I haven't figured out how to do that from iPhone yet. So, I will probably write that one another time.
I was supposed to be an instructor this morning and re-train around 20 personnel about the subject matter I gave a block of instruction on last week :-p so the plan was to arrive and set up at 6:30AM but I ended up helping a comrade out who totaled their car. It was a pretty interesting day but I am tired and I have to get up early so I can do something I loathe more than a trip to the dentist...running. Hopefully they keep it shorter than the 3 miles we ran on Wednesday cause my thigh muscles and my flat feet are still sore.
Oh, I happen to hate the Internet today because it blatantly said I was overweight without any regard to my feelings :-( stupid Internet, it just knows it all :-p I don't think I am fat at all, even have the pictures to prove it which I will post whenever I start my challenge of getting back to 120lbs. (pre-2nd baby weight).
